There are 62 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite.

The distribution of rooms works as follows:

Bedroom 1: Two Single Beds and Air Conditioning;

Note: We have a sofa bed and additional single mattress, totaling a capacity of 6 people;

The kitchen and living room are integrated with split air conditioning. The first is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a sofa and a 56'' TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), in addition to the internet offered by the condominium itself, full bed linen, bath towels, iron and washing machine.

- Access to the covered garage (1 parking space) to the condominium and the building must be done with a tag given to the tenants at the time of check-in.

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, fairground. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can walk, car or bicycle easily, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, in addition to spaces available in front of the building for visits.
