Part of the Ilha do Campeche Residential Complex, the house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The beds are arranged as follows:

Suite: Double bed and air conditioning;

Bedroom 1: Double bed and air conditioning;

Bedroom 2: Two single beds;

Living room: Retractable sofa bed and additional single mattress;

Unit amenities: Private barbecue, 1000 mega Wi-Fi, bed linens, pillows and blankets, 55'' Smart TV with TV BOX, washing machine and iron.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and quality appliances. All this for your maximum comfort in a space that combines proximity to the beach and quality in your stay.

- The residential complex is located in a neighborhood with complete infrastructure, just a few meters from the beach;

- Less than 3 minutes' walk away, there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bus stops. Bars, restaurants, shopping malls, health services, banks and other services can be found nearby.

- Accessible by bus, executive minibus, car or individual transportation service (Uber, taxi), the Campeche neighborhood is located in the southern portion of Florianópolis Island, less than 10 km from Hercílio Luz International Airport, 14 km from the city center, close to Lagoa da Conceição and beaches such as Joaquina, Morro das Pedras and Armação. Also nearby is Lagoa do Peri, ideal for a peaceful and refreshing dip in nature.
