Multitemporada presents Casa Premium, an ideal space for families and groups of up to 4 people, located in the beautiful neighborhood of Lagoa da Conceição in Florianópolis. The house is very spacious, air-conditioned and fully furnished, consisting of 2 suites, a large living room with Smart TV and a fully planned and equipped kitchen. In the outdoor area, we have a beautiful balcony, garden, playground, barbecue area and private parking.

The house is designed for your comfort, and we provide bed linen and towels. We have 200 megabytes of Wi-Fi, a table and chairs suitable for guests who need to work from home while staying.

We are located in a condominium 800 meters from the trendy center of Lagoa da Conceição, one of the best neighborhoods in Florianópolis. Therefore, we are in a quiet and very safe place. Markets and bus stop 300 meters away, beaches such as Joaquina, Campeche, Mole and Barra da Lagoa are between 10 and 15 minutes away by car.

Located in the eastern region of Santa Catarina Island and close to the beaches of Joaquina, Mole, Galheta and Barra da Lagoa. This is where the largest concentration of people is located. bars, shops and good restaurants. Lagoa da Conceição is one of Florianópolis' landmarks, due to its grandeur and beauty.
