Multitemporada presents: Casa Paraíso do Sol - Rancho Queimado - SC. The ideal place to enjoy nature, relax, have fun and gather family and friends! The house is located in one of the highest points of the Lago Negro condominium, with a beautiful view of the sunset! In addition to a very complete house, the condominium offers space for walking, trails, a tennis court and a soccer field. Come and visit Paraíso do Sol house and have an unforgettable experience!

Casa Paraíso do Sol has 340m² and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 of which is a master suite with bathtub, living room, fitted kitchen and guest bathroom. Capacity is up to 12 guests, 10 adults + 2 children. We recommend a maximum of 10 adults, for greater comfort for our guests.

- We have cable channels on all TVs in the house available to guests;

- We accept up to 2 small to medium-sized PETs. Pet Fee Value: RS150.00 per animal;

- 2 covered parking spaces for small cars or 1 truck;

- In total we have 9 bath towels, if your group is larger than that, we recommend taking towels to the accommodation;

- We have a dryer in the property to dry towels;

- We have hot water in all the taps in the house;

- We offer 20L of mineral water;

- We leave 4 rolls of toilet paper available per bathroom;

- We offer 2 bags of firewood included to use in the fireplace and pizza oven (we have extra bags for an additional fee);

- We offer barbecue grills and skewers (charcoal, please bring);
