Multitemporada presents the cozy Franca’s House an excellent option, very pleasant, perfect for your family and friends gatherings. The property has as a differential its location and view, has ample space and infrastructure with decks and wooden balconies with a wide view of the region.

In a place where nature was enough, Franca’s House was built to provide even more comfort to nature lovers and those who love beautiful beaches. Here, waves and winds come together to create conditions that are ideal for surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing and lots of peace and quiet.

Cozy and completely private spaces with turnkey access. Decor appropriate for the beach climate, with a slightly rustic elegance, in soft colors. An eternal vacation atmosphere, with a truly magical setting where visitors can be moved by the sky that sometimes changes from blue to pink.

Our structure offers 190m²: 5 bedrooms, one with air conditioning and the rest with fans. The bed capacity is for 15 people:

We have 2 large, tiled bathrooms. We also have a cozy living room and a kitchen, complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and quality appliances. We also have a barbecue area with sink, counter, table and refrigerator.

Outdoor amenities: Private pool, outdoor shower (mini shower for the pool), pool table, foosball table, children's swing and hammock.

Unit amenities: 500 mega Wi-Fi that reaches the entire house, 32'' SMART TV with Netflix, Globoplay + Channels and YouTube, excellent quality bed linen and towels, washing machine and parking for 4 cars. The balcony is 24m², two bedrooms also have balconies, the pergola brings a unique aesthetic next to the 40m² front deck. All with excellent views of the Ibiraquera region.

The area where the property is located has 24-hour banks, a bus station, supermarkets and shops in general. In addition to the tranquility of Ibiraquera, there are also bars and restaurants with typical dishes, which are open all year round. Guests also have the convenience of having a bakery and mini-market close to the house. 50km from Ibiraquera is the historic city of Laguna, where you can take fantastic walks on its beautiful beaches and visit tourist attractions such as the Santa Marta Lighthouse. The geographical set formed by the sea near Ibiraquera Lagoon enriches the place by providing different and beautiful views, but, in addition to the exuberance of the place, the neighboring beaches are also enchanting. Garopaba Beach and Rosa Beach, in addition to their rich nature, offer places for fun, with lively nightlife and walks.
