There are 75 square meters with a balcony with barbecue and a view to the sea, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one suite, kitchen and living room with split air conditioning as well. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a Smart 40'' TV. We provide bath towels, pillows and blankets. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), in addition to the internet offered by the condominium itself, iron and washing machine.

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with a calm sea and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, open market. In addition to this beach, Penha has other 18 paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciencia, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Airplane: the closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can move around on foot, by car or bicycle with ease, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, as well as spaces available in front of the building for visitors.
