This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm

- Other times subject to prior consultation and self-check-in is possible.

Check-out between 8:00 am and 11:00 am;

- You must notify Multitemporada 10 minutes in advance via WhatsApp, remove your belongings from the suite and go to reception to check-out.

⚠️ If you are going to spend your stay, payment must be made at check-out.

⚠️ We ask that you move around the property in silence after 10:00 pm to ensure a pleasant stay!

Reception and support during your stay

⚠️We have reception from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm at the property, but it will always be necessary to adjust the times in advance!

⚠️ After 10:00 pm, self-check-in will be done (contactless), using a password and instructions/videos.

If you cannot find a person in charge, it is because they must be attending to internal demands. Contact us via WhatsApp to speed up your service!

Breakfast

✅ We provide breakfast, included in the daily rate. All items are prepared in our kitchen by hand. Enjoy natural juices, coffee, milk, tea, homemade bread, sliced ​​bread, cakes, cheese bread, sweet pastries, savory pastries, soufflés and fruit smoothies;

✅ The savory menu includes: cream cheese with leeks, cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes;

✅ The sweet smoothie includes: granola, grated coconut and fruits;

✅ Breakfast will be served in our dining room from 8 am to 10 am.

✅ The minibar items are paid separately (check the price on the menu).

⚠️ We do not offer any type of breakfast customization, if the guest is allergic, gluten or lactose intolerant and/or vegan, we suggest bringing their own for their stay;

⚠️ We do not accept à la carte orders;

⚠️ We do not have a restaurant on the property;

🚫 It is forbidden to access the café without a shirt, only in a swimsuit and/or bring pets.

Parking

🅿️ We provide an uncovered outdoor parking space. However, these are not fixed spaces, you can park in any available space.

Children, Guests and Pets Policies

PET POLICY

✅ We accept 1 (one) small animal (5 kg) in the Buddha and Krishna Suites, upon request (pet fee: R$ 75.00 per stay);

⚠️ We do not accept pets in the Shiva, Lotus, Ganesh, Kundalini Suites.

⚠️ It is not permitted to leave pets inside the unit without guests present.

⚠️ Any damage caused by the pet will be charged at check-out;

⚠️ It is your responsibility to maintain the hygiene of the areas where pets frequent (please pick up feces and pour water over urine).

CHILD POLICY

⚠️ We do not allow children or babies on the property, for reasons of security and privacy;

VISITOR POLICY

⚠️ Visits are prohibited during your stay, this is a space exclusively for guests.

Bed linen and bath policies

✅We provide bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets;

⚠️ Bed linen will always be changed on the 4th day of your stay (if you are staying for only 4 days, the linen will not be changed).

⚠️ Bath linen is changed every two days.

⚠️ The bed and bath linen provided to our guests are provided in perfect condition. However, if any damage is found, such as makeup stains, any other type of stain, tears or burns, the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged items will be charged.

⚠️ Likewise, any damage to items provided at the inn, such as glasses, cutlery, cups, wine openers, hair dryers, among others, will also result in the replacement costs being charged.

*Note: Additional requests for bath and bed linen will have a cost of R$5.00 per additional item.

✅We offer bath amenities, bath salts (suites with bathtubs), and toilet paper.

⚠️ Requests for toilet paper, towels, amenities, and/or extra linens must be made by 6:00 p.m. to be fulfilled on the same day.

Room Service Policies

✅We provide daily room cleaning service, upon request with the sign on the door lock and respecting the following rules:

The sign must be placed on the door and in the suite by 11:00 am;

We ask that your personal belongings are organized;

⚠️ If the sign is not on the door, we will understand and will not provide the service!

Suites with their layouts and accesses

We have 6 beautiful suites with queen beds, finely decorated for couples looking for quality accommodation:

- Shiva Suite: Suite on the upper floor, has a 🛀 soaking tub and TV.

- Ganesh Suite: Suite on the upper floor, has a 🛀 soaking tub.

- Lotus Suite: Suite on the upper floor, has a 🛀 soaking tub.

- Kundalini Suite: Suite on the upper floor, has a 🛁 hot tub on the balcony and TV.

- Buddha Suite: Suite on the ground floor, has a TV, 🛁 hot tub on the balcony and 2 balconies (pet friendly).

- Krishna Suite: Suite on the ground floor, has a TV (pet friendly)

Romantic package

Our romantic package includes a suite carefully decorated with rose petals and a queen-size bed perfectly decorated with folded towels, sparkling wine, chocolates and strawberries.

Conditions:

- The decoration will be done in the unit reserved by you, and it will be ready for your check-in (Maximum check-in time with romantic package is 9 pm).

- Advance booking/contracting 24 hours (inform us of your interest on WhatsApp);

- Fee of 200.00 reais (payment via PIX when contracting services).

Internal guidelines

⛔️ We do not allow children or babies on the property;

⛔️ We do not allow you to leave your bags before check-in;

⛔️ We do not allow parties or loud music;

⛔️ Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am;

⛔️ Smoking is prohibited inside the suite. Fine of R$150.00;

⚠️ When leaving, it is important to close the windows and remove the trash;

⛔️ It is forbidden to throw toilet paper in the toilets. Please use the trash cans.

⚠️ We have 24-hour external monitoring of all common areas.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.
