🚗 Coming on Br 282, passing km 68, there will be an entrance directly (taquaras, DO NOT ENTER). After entering, there is a curve straight ahead and then there is a curve at BR, which is before the bridge over the Rio Bonito, stop at the curve and cross BR to enter the Invernadinha road.

Entering this road, continuing for more or less 3 km after a concrete climb, at the fork follow straight ahead you will have a Condominium on the left called Jardim da Serra, logo after that condominium follow the next entry also on the left on Rua José da Silva ( CAMPINHO), enter nessa street.

So enter the CAMPINHO street, follow the SITIO ENDER (located on the left) and enter the next small street (located to the right), follow the end of the street.

CHILDREN POLICY

✅ Children are welcome! We waive the fee for children up to 5 years old

- In the Alfazema and Agapantos Cabins, the stairs are safe for children, as they are well enclosed. However, you must be careful on the ground, as it is quite steep.

VISITORS POLICY

⚠️ Visitors are prohibited during your stay, as this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

PET POLICY

✅ We allow 1 (one) small pet in the Alfazema Cabin;

⚠️ For a fee: (R$ 180.00 per stay).

⚠️ We do not allow pets in the Agapantos e Hortênsia Cabins.

✅ We provide complete bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets;

✅ We have a hair dryer.

✅ Bath towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen is changed after 7 days of use.

🏡 Cabana Alfazema: Cabin in blue;

Cabin 1 has 45m² of built area. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with private portable barbecue, garden and ample parking for 4 cars.

The accommodation is organized as follows:

Bedroom: Double bed;

Living room: Trundle bed;

Unit amenities: Balcony with a privileged view of Serra do Alto da Boa Vista, 32'' TV with cable channels (SKY), heater, fan, private barbecue, wood-burning stove (mini wood stove), Wi-Fi, fire extinguisher, bed linen, pillows and blankets, bath towels and hairdryer.

🏡 Cabana Agapantos: At the highest point of the property, it stands out for its red roof;

Cabin 2 has 60m² of built area. It has 1 bedroom, 1 mezzanine, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with private portable barbecue, garden and ample parking for 2 cars.

The accommodation is organized as follows:

Bedroom: Double bed;

Living room: Trundle bed;

Mezzanine: 2 single mattresses;

Unit amenities: Balcony with a privileged view of Serra do Alto da Boa Vista, 32'' TV with cable channels (SKY), heater, fan, private barbecue, indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi, fire extinguisher, bed linen, pillows and blankets, bath towels and hairdryer.

🏡 Cabana Hortênsia: Located in the middle of the property between the two cabins.

Cabin 3 has 30m² of built area. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with private portable barbecue, garden and ample parking for 1 car.

The accommodation is organized as follows:

Bedroom: Double bed;

Unit amenities: Bathtub/Jacuzzi with hydromassage, Balcony with privileged view of Serra do Alto da Boa Vista, 32'' TV with Cable Channels (SKY), heater, fan, private barbecue, indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi internet, fire extinguisher, bed linen, pillows and blankets, bath towels, bathrobes and hairdryer.

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

- Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am;

- Help us avoid charging a cleaning fee: when you leave, leave the dishes properly washed, do not leave towels and bed linen on the floor and take out the trash. If the cabin is returned dirty, we will charge a cleaning fee of R$100.00.

- When you leave, it is important to close the windows and take out the trash;

- It is forbidden to throw toilet paper in the bathrooms. Please use the trash cans.

- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area.
