⚠️ No visitors allowed during your stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

PET POLICY:

✅ We allow up to 2 (two) small pets in each house;

⚠️ Fee: (R$80.00 per stay) per pet.

✅ We provide complete bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets;

✅ We have a hair dryer, iron and laundry with washing machine and clothesline.

✅ We change bed linen and towels every 4 days. (If necessary and requested, this can be done earlier)

Casa Canto Lindo, located in the charming city of Urubici/SC, is a cozy and welcoming space perfect for couples or groups of up to 6 people. On our land we have 2 identical (semi-detached) houses, but they are rented independently.

- Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, wardrobe and hot/cold air conditioning. Lovely view of the neighborhood and backyard.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave and gas heating in the sink.

- Living Room: Retractable sofa, 43'' Full HD Smart TV, ideal for relaxing. For larger groups, we offer additional mattresses.

- Dining Room: Integrated with the living room and kitchen, perfect for gathering with family and friends.

- Bathroom: Spacious, with gas heating for a comfortable bath.

- Outdoor Area: Garage transformed into a covered porch, the setting for the barbecue corner. Environment equipped with a countertop sink and wooden countertop. Large backyard, with part grass and part gravel.

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

- We use self check-in, for last minute reservations, please schedule check-in;

- We do not allow smoking inside the house;

- For security reasons, we kindly ask that you turn off electronic devices when leaving the house, such as: air conditioning, heater and washing machine;

- We ask that you remove the trash from the unit and leave it closed on the outside balcony;

- We ask that you do not leave personal belongings outside the house;

- We ask that you do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. If you have had a barbecue, wash the grills and skewers;

- Silence: Respect the peace and privacy of other guests, especially between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am;

- Parties and events are not allowed in the house;

- For stays with 5 people, the sofa in the living room should be considered as one of the sleeping places, or if you prefer, we also have a single mattress;

- We have surveillance cameras in the courtyard;

- We do not have an outside trash can, please let us know if there is any accumulation of trash. We will do the collection.
