The Suítes Linda e Room have a shared kitchen with an induction stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, toaster, blender, coffee maker, grill, airfryer and sandwich maker.

The Chalé Super Charmoso has a kitchen equipped with a minibar, 2-burner gas cooktop, microwave, wood-burning stove, Nespresso coffee machine and high-quality utensils.

CasaIvan has an outdoor infrastructure prepared for your stay: large pool, lounge/bar, barbecue, wood-burning stove, living room with fireplace and TV, upper balcony with hammock, communal kitchen

Today, CasaIvan has 2 spaces available, which are rented individually and privately (suites) and the social areas are for communal use. Each suite is located on different floors of the house, which provides privacy and comfort for guests.

The Chalé Super Charmoso is part of CasaIvan, guests can only use the pool.

We offer two rental options for your photo shoot:

1. Main House:

- Price: R$2,300 for 4 hours or R$3,500 for the day.

- Includes: Access to Room 4 and a private pool.

2. Cottage:

- Price: R$700 for 4 hours or R$1,200 for the day.

- Note: The cottage is located 100 meters from the main house and does not include access to the pool.

Available times for reservations:

- From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

- From 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

The daily rate for photo shoots is from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

Guidelines valid for all CasaIvan units:

- No visitors allowed. Space reserved for guests only;

- The Suite is part of CasaIvan, and guests can use all the infrastructure of the House;

- We provide firewood for the fireplace and wood-burning stove, at no extra charge.

- We have a small Spa in the house and offer massage services (subject to availability and for an extra charge);

- We do not allow smoking in the house;

Additional guidelines for the Chalé Super Charmoso:

- The rental entitles you to exclusive use of the entire chalet;

- The Chalet is part of CasaIvan, guests can use the Pool;

- For reservations for 3 people, a single sofa bed is used.
