- Flats 1 and 2 on the 1st floor;

- Flats 3 and 4 on the 2nd floor;

- Flats 5 and 6 on the 3rd floor.

- Each flat is air-conditioned with hot and cold air conditioning for your comfort;

- The flats have a double bed and a single trundle bed;

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

- We do not allow parties or loud music;

- Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am, subject to a fine of 1 day;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property, subject to a fine of 1 day;

- Visitors are prohibited, area reserved exclusively for guests;

- When leaving, it is important to close the windows and take out the trash;

- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the toilets. Please use the trash cans;

- In total, we have 8 cameras, monitoring: street at the entrance to the parking lot, parking lot and hallway of the flats. No internal cameras in the Flats.
