🚗 Access to the Chalet is easy and suitable for any type of car. Just follow these instructions: After leaving 282 and entering the Taquaras portal, you will find a stretch of approximately 300 meters of dirt road. After that, turn left onto the paved road and continue down the hill. From the end of the pavement to the entrance of the chalet, there is approximately 1 kilometer of dirt road. The roads are in good condition for your peace of mind when driving.

🍽️ We do not offer meal plans, however, our Chalet is equipped with a full kitchen, including a cooktop stove, barbecue, 21L electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, fondue machine, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, and basic kitchen items, so that guests can prepare their own meals. 🍳🍴

We offer a pick-and-pay service for strawberries at full steam. Fresh strawberries from the greenhouse!

- Guests can contact Juliana on WhatsApp and schedule a time with her to pick or request a 1kg tray delivered to the chalet.

⚠️ Visitors are not allowed during your stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

PET POLICY:

We provide full bed linens, pillows, light blankets and bath towels.

Our romantic package includes a chalet carefully decorated with rose petals on a bed and a jacuzzi perfectly decorated with folded towels, candles, balloons, strawberries, chocolate and a bottle of wine.

- Extra fee of 150.00 reais (payment via Pix).

Note: The romantic package includes consumable items and decorative items. These decorative items are not included in the price of the package and are the property of the Chalet. We ask that you do not bring these items.

We have the option of a breakfast basket for R$200.00

Unit organization:

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

- Loud music is prohibited;

- We provide a box of firewood for the fireplace. If you use more, you will be charged an additional amount for each box (R$25.00);

- Smoking is prohibited in the chalet

- It is forbidden to use the shower, taps and jacuzzi simultaneously, as this overloads the system. Only use one at a time.

- Guests from one chalet are prohibited from going to another, unless both are from the same family.
