At Rancho Otto Chalet Boutique, we offer a breakfast full of flavor and energy to start your day off right. Among the options, you will find juice, milk, scrambled eggs, fruit salad or whole fruits, bread, cheese, salami, coxinha, fried or roasted sausage, esfirra, empadinha, tapioca, cheese bread, toast, butter, dulce de leche, cake and egg pancakes.

The selection of items may vary depending on the availability of the products, but the quality is always guaranteed!

✅All units have a full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, porcelain tableware, wine glasses and kitchen utensils.

- We have a menu of frozen artisanal foods (pizzas, lasagnas, pies and hidden dishes). And dinner with à la carte dishes.

✅ We accept one child up to 3 years old in the Casas: Rosalina and Elvira.

⚠️ We do not allow them in the Chalets: Lavanda, Hortênsia and Do Lago, for safety reasons;

VISITORS POLICY:

⚠️ Visits are prohibited during the stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

PET POLICY:

⚠️ We do not accept pets at Rancho Otto Chalet Boutique.

- We provide complete bed linen, pillows, light blankets, towels and bathrobes;

- We change bed linen and towels every 2 days. If you request a change before, a charge of R$150.00 will be applied;

- Hair dryer and amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner);

- Bath salts in units with bathtubs (Do Lago, Elvira and Rosalina).

We have five charming units, three of which are semi-detached: Chalet do Lago (located in the center), Chalet Hortênsia (on the right) and Chalet Lavanda (on the left). The Elvira and Rosalina houses are independent.

Our romantic package includes a suite carefully decorated with rose petals or wild flowers (subject to availability), a bed perfectly decorated with folded towels, sparkling wine and chocolates.

Conditions

- The decoration will be done in the unit reserved by you, not necessarily in a chalet with a bathtub (check your unit in case of doubts);

- Advance booking 48 hours (communicate your interest with Multitemporada customer service);

- Extra fee of 250.00 reais (payment via Pix).

Notes

The romantic package includes consumable items and decorative items. These decorative items are not included in the package price and are the property of Rancho Otto Boutique. We ask that you do not take these items with you.

We offer a unique horseback riding experience for couples. Lasting 1 hour, the tour provides moments of connection with nature and costs R$250.00 per couple.

Guidelines for photoshoots at Rancho Otto Boutique

Located in the charming city of Rancho Queimado/SC, 60km from Florianópolis. We have cozy and pleasant spaces, with gardens, lakes, waterfalls and trails. Horses are available for photos.

R$ 300.00 x 2 hours of photoshoot (photos)

R$ 450.00 x 4 hours of photoshoot (photos)

Rules:

1- For reservations, we need the name of the person responsible;

2- The date will be scheduled upon confirmation of payment;

3- There will be no refunds of payment, only rescheduling of dates;

4- Group with a maximum of 5 people for the rehearsal;

5- Tag us in a post and provide some images for our social media.

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

- Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am;

- Exclusive unit for couples;

- We do not allow fishing in the lake;

- When leaving, it is important to close the windows and remove the trash;

- It is forbidden to throw toilet paper in the bathrooms. Please use the trash cans.

- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area;
