Access: For your security, we have an electronic gate that makes access to our property simple and practical.

Access to your unit is done through a self-check-in with a password (electronic lock), ensuring complete freedom to come and go as you prefer, with maximum privacy throughout your stay.

Private parking: Each unit has a parking space inside the property (uncovered).

We do not offer meal plans, however, each Studio is equipped with a full kitchen so that guests can prepare their own meals comfortably and independently.

We have excellent Wi-Fi Internet;

CHILDREN POLICY:

✅Children are welcome, we exempt children up to 5 years old from the fee.

VISITORS POLICY:

⚠️Visitors are prohibited during your stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

PET POLICY:

⚠️We do not accept pets at Studios Aromas do Campeche.

We provide bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets.

If you wish to exchange any item of linen, we offer an exchange service for just R$5.00 per item;

- Request 24 hours in advance.

We do not offer cleaning services included in the daily rate, however, you can request an additional or intermediate cleaning.

If you need this service, especially for longer stays, Ms. Stephanie, a member of our team, is available to help. The cost is R$90.00 per cleaning, and times can be arranged directly with her.

- Ground floor unit, with queen-size bed, single bed (drawer-style) and single sofa bed (for those who prefer);

- Ground floor unit, with queen-size bed, single sofa bed in trundle format (has an extra mattress);

🏡 Studio (03) Camomila (with balcony): Ideal for a relaxing stay for up to 3 people. Has a balcony;

Change in number of people: This can be changed at any time, and is subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 60 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

- We do not allow parties or loud music;

- Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am;

- It is forbidden to throw toilet paper in the toilets. Please use the trash cans;

- We ask that you remove your trash upon check-out;

- We do not allow smoking in the Studios. If traces of cigarette smoke are found in the studio, a fine of R$150.00 will be applied.
