- Directions to the property: Highway SC 390, km 110, Urubici-SC. To get to the cabins, you must use a private vehicle. From the bus stop on the paved road, follow the signs indicating several lodges. It is about 200 meters of dirt road, you will cross a small bridge and go up a slight slope. The entrance gate will be on your left.

- Parking on the property: We have secure parking on the property, with uncovered spaces next to the cabin, ensuring maximum security for your vehicle.

We do not offer meal plans, however, each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen so that guests can prepare their own meals comfortably and independently. This way, you will have the freedom to cook your meals according to your preferences during your stay.

We recommend that you bring fruits, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, drinks, etc., as they have a minibar, two-burner stove, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cups, mugs, cutlery, corkscrew and other cooking utensils. There is also a picnic basket available!

Extra area with total immersion in nature: guests have access to most of the property's garden, as well as two paths that lead to the river, where they can admire beautiful waterfalls and enjoy a picnic by the water, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes.

The accesses are marked with signs, one next to the "Contar os Golpes" cabin and another near the "A Flecha" cabin. It is worth noting that the wooden steps can become slippery on rainy days or in high humidity. The main waterfall is approximately a 1-minute walk away, and other smaller ones can be found between 5 and 10 minutes down the trail.

We have fireplace lighting equipment that we provide to guests. We do not provide room service or someone to light the fire. Support is only available via message.

During the winter months (June to September) there is 1 bag of firewood available per night. If you would like more firewood, please check availability.

At other times, firewood is available separately. The cost of each extra bag is 40 reais (10kg) and will be paid via PIX.

We recommend not using the shower and bathtub at the same time, as the heater's pilot light may go out, thus cooling the water.

The water comes from a spring and is treated here on the property. It is DRINKING SAFE and certified by the Santa Catarina Environmental Institute.

For safety reasons, be sure to turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the cabin, especially the heater.

There is an HDMI cable to connect your devices and a Chromecast to stream images from your personal devices. There is no TV signal.

ATTENTION: Sinais e Ritos units do not have a TV.

Note about the Tenda da Lua Unit: This unit includes internal stairs for access.

We provide bed linen, a set of bath towels per person, pillows, blankets and duvets.

- Free change of bed linen and towels for stays of 4 consecutive nights or more.

- Bar soap is included in the accommodation. There is a portable clothesline in the cabin that you can place in front of the heater to dry and warm your towels.

CHILDREN POLICY:

⚠️ We do not allow children or babies on the property.

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

> COEXISTENCE

It is NOT permitted to smoke, consume drugs or narcotics of any kind inside the cabins. It is also not permitted to arrive high, drunk or engage in any illegal or uncivil behavior, which would be IMMEDIATE grounds for cancellation of the reservation. Parties, shouting, loud music or any behavior that may disturb other guests are not permitted. Visitors are also not permitted without express authorization from the property. No annoying noises may be made (loud music, loud laughter, loud talking), respecting the Silence Law, from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We ask that you exercise common sense regarding these same behaviors at any other time. Please be prudent, quiet and discreet. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for theft or loss of these.

> COMMON SENSE AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Whenever you leave the cabin, make sure that nothing is left on inside: lights, electronic equipment, heaters and fireplace. Toilet paper should be disposed of in the trash and NEVER in the toilet.

> GARBAGE

We are counting on you to separate recyclable and non-recyclable waste. Here's how: RECYCLABLE: plastic, paper (except toilet paper, paper towels and napkins), glass and metal. NON-RECYCLABLE: dirty paper and plastic (plastic wrap, paper towels, toilet paper and napkins), food scraps and refuse. WHERE TO DISPOSE OF IT: outside the cabin there is a small wooden house. Next to it there is a box with a lid and two clearly marked compartments.
