The property consists of two units, full of amenities and elegance, providing guests with well-being and unforgettable experiences. Perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy a quality environment.

The infrastructure of the place offers a very large space, with unlimited parking, a lake with 1 kayak for recreation, a children's playground, a garden fireplace with a wood-burning stove, a fire pit, a private party room with a private heated jacuzzi, TV, barbecue (skewers and grills available), a wood-burning stove (we have firewood available), hot water in the sink with a copper coil, a pizza oven, a refrigerator, a stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a foosball table, hammocks for resting, 400 mega wifi internet, complete bed linens and much more for your leisure and comfort.

The chalets are air-conditioned and one of them has an indoor fireplace. The infrastructure of the place offers space for up to 8 people, with maximum comfort. Large and comfortable environments are characteristics of the space that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms;

Bedroom 1: Double bed, single trundle bed;

Bedroom 2: Double bed, single bed and extra mattress;

Each accommodation has its own fully equipped kitchen with: stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, sink, dishes and cutlery, basic kitchen and tableware. In addition, we have blankets and pillows available.

The land is huge, full of greenery and lots of contact with nature. All this for the best comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best that the Serra Catarinense has to offer.

- The party space can accommodate up to 35 people;

- We have 3 bikes available;

- Children must always be accompanied in the yard and in the area near the lake;

- We are available to bake pizzas in the stone oven;

- We provide unlimited firewood;

- Please bring face and bath towels for your stay;

- Our accommodation is completely private, with all leisure areas available to guests (there are no shared spaces);

- We have two chalets, each with capacity for 4 people.

- If the group is less than or equal to 4 people, everyone will be accommodated in a single chalet.
