Multitemporada presents Casa Pantai Beach Village, a unique property in Praia do Rosa. The infrastructure of the property offers: swimming pool, parrilla-style barbecue, swing, hammocks, sand court, pool table and ground fire with wooden benches around it. In addition, its differential is a privileged location in the region of Praia do Rosa, on the coast of Santa Catarina.


The house has 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Capacity goes up to 6 guests.

Our accommodation has 200 mega Wifi internet, 29'' Smart TV, bed linen, pillows and blankets. The complete kitchen has: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Santa Catarina, Praia do Rosa, we are a mix of a beach house and a country house. Quiet neighborhood and lots of nature. From the balcony you can also admire a beautiful sunset, arancuans, blue crows and native birds. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. In addition to a structure in the Village with swimming pool, swing, hammocks, sand court, fire pit and barbecue grills. Everything your rest deserves!

Guidelines:

- We accept your small PETs for a Pet Fee (RS150.00 per Pet);

- We offer a shared laundry room: R$5.00 per item;

- Bath towels for an extra fee: R$20.00 per person;

- In total we offer 2 barbecues: 1 private in the house and 1 shared in parrilla style;

- Shared spaces: swimming pool, parrilla-style barbecue, swing, hammocks, sand court and fire pit;

- We are located among the most beautiful beaches in the south of the state. Surrounded by nature, between beaches and dunes, rivers and lagoons. Close to Praia do Rosa, and Lagoa de Ibiraquera, which has a very different characteristic: at least once a year, sea water meets fresh water from Lagoa de Ibiraquera, giving rise to a beautiful natural phenomenon.

⛔️5. We sincerely ask that you take your pet's belongings, such as: sleeping bed, blanket, water and food bowl, diaper, etc.

⛔️6. When leaving, please take your PET. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on when leaving the property;

Any rule above not complied with will result in a charge of 150 reais.

Prezados, Adoramos nossa estadia na Pantai Beach Praia do Rosa. Nota 10 para piscina enorme e sempre limpinha! Como a casa fica há uns 3 km das praias mais próximas e do centrinho, ficar curtindo a piscina com toda a natureza ao redor foi otimo e no retorno de um longo dia de praia foi excelente! O Bruno e a Kao nos receberam muito bem e ficamos muito a vontade para curtir todo os espacos da propriedade! Adoramos nossa casa, pois foi um ótimo custo/benefício nossa hospedagem em família, pois ficamos num sobrado com churrasqueira, deck, sacada todo para nós. A casa é bem completa e tivemos toda infraestrutura para curtir uma semana de paz, sol e um mar diferenciado! O centrinho do Rosa segue encantador com seus barzinhos e artesanatos praiano estilo Namaste, mas tem que Enfim, o Rosa é o Rosa, praias incríveis e nascer do sol de tirar o fôlego. Evitaria o Rosa Norte em alta temporada e curtiria o Rosa Sul com estacionamento pago, mesmo assim tem que chegar até as 10 hrs.

Ótima casa, espaçosa e bem localizada. Limpeza deixou a desejar em alguns locais da casa, também faltavam xícaras e talheres, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. A casa tem um quintal agradável e bem cuidado.

A acomodação foi uma grata surpresa para uma reserva de última hora.

O local é bonito, arejado. Do nosso sobrado, tínhamos uma linda vista da Serra do Tabuleiro. As instalações eram adequadas e confortáveis. O anfitrião simpático e pronto a ajudar. A estada foi muito boa.

A conservação e a qualidade dos utensílios de cozinha poderia ser melhor.
