There are 70 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, integrated kitchen and air-conditioned living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a sofa bed and a 42 '' Smart TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), in addition to the internet offered by the condominium itself. Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm sea and lifeguard monitoring. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Within the city: you can easily walk, drive or cycle, the city has a bike path, as well as several parking spaces.
