It has a suite with a double bed and the living room has a single sofa bed, split air conditioning and glass reiki with sea views. - All guests must wear a wristband from the condominium to access common areas (04 wristbands available).

- Access to the garage (2 spaces) to the condominium and the building must be done with a tag given to the tenants at the time of check-in.

- We do not offer grills and skewers for barbecue;

- Apartment in Tower 02, on the second floor, the balcony has protection mesh;

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the wild: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, fairground. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can travel on foot, by car or bicycle, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, in addition to spaces available in front of the building for visits.
