The house is designed for up to 10 people with maximum comfort. Spacious and comfortable environments are characteristic of the space that has four air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a 32'' Smart TV. The suite has a king-size bed and the other bedrooms have a double bed, in addition to having two single mattresses. The property also offers: living room, kitchen, gourmet area, upper and lower terrace and three social bathrooms;

The property has a built area of ​​430 square meters, parking for 5 cars (2 covered spaces), private pool, gourmet area with barbecue, stove, refrigerator with freezer and a large table for 10 people.

The interior has a full kitchen: cooktop stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils and top-of-the-line appliances. The living/dining room is combined with two 3-seater sofas and another with 2 very comfortable seats and a granite table for 10 people. In addition, the house has: WI-FI Internet, 43'' Smart TV, full bed linen, bath towels for 10 people, iron and washing machine. All this for the better comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best of the Coast of Santa Catarina.

Altogether there are 3 cabins, totally modern, private and full of elegance, promoting well-being to guests and unforgettable experiences.

Each cabin is designed for couples with maximum comfort. Spacious and comfortable environments are characteristic of the space, which has an air-conditioned bedroom (air conditioning) with a double bed, additional single mattress, private bathroom, minibar, TV and a balcony with a side view of the Serra do Corvo Branco.
