There are 70 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, three air-conditioned rooms, one suite, kitchen and living room integrated with split air conditioning as well. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, duplex refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), in addition to the internet offered by the condominium itself, bed linen and complete bathroom and washing machine.
