Multitemporada presents: Lugar ao Sol - Flats, located in Praia do Rosa. The space is cozy and pleasant for couples and groups of up to 4 people looking for comfort and a unique experience 900m from Centrinho do Rosa. Our space has a structure surrounded by nature, with Hindu decoration totally relevant to the beach region. There are 6 air-conditioned flats (2 per floor), with a full kitchen and balcony. Finally, we have a terrace with a privileged view of the sunset and the lagoon.

Concept:

Beautiful flats, well decorated and complete in a brand new building, located 900 meters from the center of Rosa! Zen environment, inspired by Hinduism, with garden and panoramic terrace with privileged views of the sunset and the lagoon!

Structure:

All Flats are spacious (30m²), cozy, with a full kitchen, private balcony, hot and cold air conditioning and a large bathroom.

Flats 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor. They have a double bed and single bunk bed, 32'' Smart TV, balcony with garden view and a complete kitchen with 2-burner electric stove, 20L microwave, 122-liter minibar, sandwich maker, blender, pans, crockery and cutlery and wine glasses layout, ensuring greater practicality and well-being for guests;

To complement this, we have quality WI-FI internet (300 mega), premium bed linen, bath towels, hairdryer and iron. All this for the greater comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best of Praia do Rosa.

Strategically located amidst lush nature, CasaIvan combines tranquility, good taste and a new experience in accommodation. A pleasant feeling of staying on the beach and in the mountains at the same time. CasaIvan is my home where I live in Floripa. For 12 years I worked in hotels in London and after a holiday trip to the island of magic, it was love at first sight and so I decided that this was where I would live and also get my dream off the ground, having a guest house, with a modern footprint, full of style and with a new proposal, where hospitality and personalization were highlighted. Today CasaIvan has 2 spaces available, which are rented individually and privately (suites) and the social areas such as the kitchen, barbecue and swimming pool are for collective use. Each suite is located on different floors of the house, which provides privacy and comfort for guests.

The Main Master Suite is the epitome of comfort and elegance. With a Provençal bed wrapped in voile, it provides an unparalleled night's sleep. The space has a versatile dressing table, ideal for a home office, and excellent quality Wi-Fi. The highlight is the large bathroom, equipped with a gas heated shower and a luxurious hydromassage bathtub. The closet, with minibar and coffee machine, guarantees practicality.

The Solar dos Lírios property has an external infrastructure prepared for your stay: Reception with guides from the region, Breakfast Area, collective barbecue, terrace and secure parking (12 spaces).
