Multitemporada presents the Refuge at Praia do Campeche with Private Pool, a cozy and pleasant space that stands out for its location, with incredible proximity to two of the most coveted tourist spots on the island of magic: the beautiful Praia do Campeche (100m) and Campeche Island (Boat Trips in the Region). Come and discover this paradise on Magic Island with a swimming pool, pool table and barbecue to socialize with family and friends!

With 70m², the house has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The beds are arranged as follows:

Suite: King-size bed, single bed, air conditioning and 32'' TV;

Bedroom: Double bed, bunk bed and air conditioning;

Unit amenities: Private pool and barbecue, pool table, 500 mega Wi-Fi, 55'' TV, bed linens, pillows and blankets, bath towels, iron and washing machine;

- The house is located in a neighborhood with complete infrastructure, just a few meters from the beach;

- Less than 3 minutes' walk away, there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bus stops. Bars, restaurants, shopping malls, health services, banks and other services can be found nearby.

- Accessible by bus, executive minibus, car or individual transportation service (Uber, taxi), the Campeche neighborhood is located in the southern portion of Florianópolis Island, less than 10 km from Hercílio Luz International Airport, 14 km from the city center, close to Lagoa da Conceição and beaches such as Joaquina, Morro das Pedras and Armação. Multitemporada presents the Refúgio Brisa Serrana, located in the city of Urubici/SC, a cozy and pleasant space, perfect for couples and groups of up to 4 people. The cabin has a rustic feel, but is completely modern and full of amenities and elegance, promoting well-being and unforgettable experiences for guests. Perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy a special environment.

There are 2 cabins designed for couples or groups of up to 4 people with maximum comfort. A spacious and comfortable environment is characteristic of the space, which has 2 suites with double beds in a studio style, shower, compact kitchens, all integrated and in an open concept.

We offer ample parking, a lake and a beautiful view.

Unit amenities: 2 whirlpool bathtubs with chromotherapy, shower and taps with gas heating, fully air-conditioned environment with hot and cold air conditioning and a wonderful view of nature, as well as the lake.

The kitchens are compact and have: minibar, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery and basic kitchen items.

Our beautiful home is located near the center of Doutor Pedrinho. We cater to all breeds of dogs, and we are sure that the most notable feature is the large fenced garden that we have, making it ideal for your pets.

Morada das Cerejeiras is 170m² and has 4 bedrooms, one of which is an air-conditioned suite. The other rooms include: living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and external toilet. The capacity is for up to 9 guests with maximum comfort.
