With a focus on well-being, socializing, and connecting with nature, Chácara 3 Poderes was designed to accommodate large groups with comfort, functionality, and freedom. Spacious, airy, and surrounded by green areas, it is the ideal place for events, family gatherings, retreats, and celebrations, offering tranquility without sacrificing a complete structure.

Located in Guararema, the chácara is in a peaceful and easily accessible region, near the Dutra Highway. It is approximately 1.3 km from the Graal gas station, at the exit giving access to the property, and also has a fishing spot about 650 meters away, providing even more leisure options in the region.

Accommodations and Capacity

The property has 10 bedrooms, all suites, with varied bed configurations. For a comfortable stay, it accommodates about 60 people and can host more guests in specific situations, as there are plenty of extra beds and mattresses for over 60 people.

The master suite features a bathtub/jacuzzi, offering an extra touch of comfort.

In total, there are 16 bathrooms, 2 of which are accessible:

1 located in the social area (near the kitchen, hall, and barbecue area)

1 located in bedroom 5

The chácara also features accessibility ramps, allowing easy access to 7 bedrooms, the children's pool, the upper adult pool, the kitchen, the hall, and the barbecue area.

Social spaces are spacious and integrated, ideal for group interaction. The property offers:

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, ideal for serving large groups, including:

Refrigerator with freezer, 5-burner conventional stove, 2-burner portable stove, 2 ovens, microwave, blender, food processor, toaster, sandwich maker, mixer, water purifier, as well as a complete set of utensils such as pans, frying pans, baking sheets, cake and pizza pans, a variety of knives, cutting boards, strainers, ladles, spatulas, tongs, graters, openers, dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee maker, and thermal jug.

For greater convenience in meal preparation, especially for larger groups, the kitchen has a total of 7 burners, including a conventional 5-burner stove and a 2-burner portable stove installed alongside. There are also 2 ovens available: the oven integrated into the 5-burner stove and a separate gas oven.

The property also has 2 TVs (one in the master suite and another in the living room), iron and ironing board.

Wi-Fi internet is available on the property for added guest comfort;

Important Information

There is no air conditioning; the spaces are well-ventilated, but it is recommended to bring extra fans for those more sensitive to heat.

Bedding, towels, or blankets are not provided, but 60 pillows are available.

There is no covered garage.

During the stay, cleaning and organization of the spaces is the guests' responsibility. The property provides cleaning utensils, such as brooms, squeegees, buckets, floor cloths, and other items available on site.

Guests should bring the necessary consumables for their stay, including detergent, cleaning products, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and other personal use and consumption items.
