This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that you have an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

- Other times subject to prior consultation and self-check-in is possible.

Check-out between 8:00 am and 11:00 am;

- You must notify Multitemporada 10 minutes in advance on WhatsApp, remove your belongings from the suite and go to reception to check-out.

⚠️ We ask that after 10 pm, movement around the property be done in silence to ensure a good social life!

Reception and support during your stay

⚠️We have reception from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm at the property, but it will always be necessary to adjust the times in advance!

⚠️ After 10:00 pm, self-check-in will be done (contactless), using a password and instructions/videos.

If you cannot find a person in charge, it is because they must be attending to internal demands. Contact us via WhatsApp to speed up your service!

ACCESS TO THE INN

To access through the pedestrian gate (front of the inn), use the password 7788# on the numeric keypad and pull the gate!

⚠️ If it doesn't work, repeat the password process and first push the gate inwards and then pull it!

Breakfast

✅ We provide breakfast, included in the daily rate. All items are prepared by hand in our kitchen. Enjoy cakes, breads, juices, coffee, milk, cappuccino, savory snacks, jams, cereals, yogurts and a variety of fruits.
✅Breakfast will be served in our dining room from 8 am to 10 am.

🚫 It is forbidden to access the breakfast room without a shirt, only in swimsuits and/or bringing pets.

⚠️ Our dining room is relatively small, we have 7 tables. If it is full, preference will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

⚠️ We do not have a restaurant at the inn and the suites do not have a kitchen, only a small pantry with utensils to consume ready-made food. We have a minibar.

⚠️ We do not offer any type of breakfast customization, if the guest is allergic, gluten or lactose intolerant and/or vegan, we suggest bringing it for your stay;

✅Studio 14 has: cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, glasses and basic kitchen utensils.

Using the Hydromassage Jacuzzi

SCHEDULING FOR USE OF THE JACUZZI MUST BE MADE BY THE GUEST USING THE LINK BELOW:

⚠️ If you have scheduled it and are not going to use it, please cancel the reservation so that another guest can use it!

✅ The Jacuzzi is for common use and we make it available to our guests upon reservation under the following conditions:

• The Jacuzzi opens at 11:00 and closes at 20:45;

• Usage period 45 minutes per session, please respect the times;

• Can be used up to once a day;

• If you want towels for the jacuzzi, please request them at reception (they must be returned to reception after use);

• Use limited to 2 people at a time.

• In case of bad weather, the hot tub will not be turned on.

• The delay tolerance is 10 minutes. After this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

• The maximum stay is 45 minutes or until the end of your scheduled time (your delay in starting use is not cumulative).

• It is mandatory to take a shower before use.

🚫 IT IS PROHIBITED WHEN USING THE JACUZZI:

• Touching the jacuzzi panel, only using the power button;

• Using body creams, oils or sunscreens before use;

• Using salts or foams inside the jacuzzi;

• Eating inside the jacuzzi;

• Taking any glass items into the space;

• Using music at a volume that disturbs other guests.

⚠️ After use, it is mandatory to leave the jacuzzi turned off!

Feel free to bring any drinks (except bottles or glass cups)! 🍸

Using the Barbecue Grill

⚠️ If you have scheduled a time and are not going to use it, please ask reception to cancel the appointment!

✅ We provide the barbecue area to our guests free of charge, subject to the following rules and conditions:

There are 3 time slots:

- 10am to 1pm;

- 2pm to 5pm;

- 6pm to 9pm;

⚠️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

- We do not allow extended times, we need 1 hour between each reservation for cleaning;

- You cannot book 2 times on the same day;

- Visitors are not allowed to join you at the barbecue;

- You will be responsible for removing all your trash and food leftovers and depositing them in the trash cans below the Jacuzzi stairs;

- We have a barbecue kit with a cutting board, knife, skewer and grill;

- For conservation reasons, we do not provide salt or other seasonings;

- Leave the space minimally organized, the cleaning is our responsibility.

Parking

🅿️ Our parking lot has 12 spaces, however, they are not fixed spaces. Your space depends on the vehicle model (size) and our turnover. You will be instructed where to park and will keep that position until the end of your stay or new instructions!

🅿️ We have 7 parking spaces in the main part closed with an electronic gate, 3 of which are uncovered;

⚠️ A control will be made available to you, the gate will close automatically after 40 seconds of being open. OPEN AND GO THROUGH, DON'T STOP UNDERNEATH!

🅿️ Another 5 outdoor parking spaces with pergola (covered spaces) closed with a chain system.

⚠️ We ask that when parking or picking up your vehicle in the external area, always leave the chain extended. TO PREVENT THIRD PARTIES FROM PARKING IN OUR SPACES.

IF YOU USE THE EXTERNAL SPACES FOR YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT, YOU CAN STOP IN THE MAIN COURTYARD TO UNLOAD YOUR BAGS!

Children, Guests and Pets Policies

PET POLICY

✅ We accept 1 (one) small animal per accommodation, upon request (pet fee: R$ 60.00 per stay);

✅ In our Duplo Amplo (11), Suíte Master com banheira (12) e Studio com Cozinha (14) units, pets are welcome, subject to the following conditions:
⛔️ No pets allowed in the other units (Suites 01 to 10);
⛔️ No pets allowed in the suite (except when having breakfast, as we do not allow pets in the dining room).
⚠️ Any damage caused by the pet will be charged at check-out;
⚠️ It is your responsibility to maintain the hygiene of the areas where pets frequent (please pick up feces and pour water over urine).

CHILDREN POLICY

⚠️We do not allow children or babies on the property, for safety and privacy reasons;

VISITORS POLICY

⚠️Visitors are not allowed during your stay, this is a space exclusively for guests.

Bed linen and bath policies

✅We provide bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets;

⚠️ Bed linen will always be changed on the 4th day of your stay (if you are staying for only 4 days, the linen will not be changed).

⚠️ Bed linen and bath linen will be changed every two days.

⚠️ The bed and bath linen provided to our guests are provided in perfect condition. However, if any damage is found, such as makeup stains, any other type of stain, tears or burns, the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged items will be charged.

⚠️ Likewise, any damage to items provided at the inn, such as glasses, cutlery, cups, wine openers, hair dryers, among others, will also result in the replacement costs being charged.

*Note: Additional requests for bath and bed linen will have a cost of R$5.00 per additional item.

✅ We have amenities: Toilet paper, liquid soap, bath salts and shampoo/conditioner.

⚠️ Requests for toilet paper, towels, amenities, and/or extra linens must be made by 6 pm to be fulfilled on the same day.

Room Service Policies

✅We provide daily room cleaning service, upon request with the sign on the door lock and respecting the following rules:

The sign must be placed on the door and in the suite by 11:00 am;

We ask that your personal belongings are organized;

⚠️ If the sign is not on the door, we will understand and will not provide the service!

Suites with their layouts and accesses

Suítes Deluxe (1 a 3):

- Located on the first floor with approximately 18m²;

- Have a private soaking tub;

- Conventional double bed;

- Access by stairs with 10 steps.

Design Suite (4):

- Located on the first floor with approximately 14m²;

- Queen-size double bed.

- Access by stairs with 10 steps.

Suíte Standard (5):

- Located on the first floor with approximately 13m²;

- Conventional double bed.

- Access by stairs with 10 steps.

Suítes Deluxe com Cama Queen (6 a 8):

- Located on the second floor with approximately 18m²;

- Have a private soaking tub;

- Queen-size double bed.

- Access by stairs with 18 steps.

Suítes com Varanda (9 a 10):

- Located on the second floor with approximately 22m²;

- Have a hot tub on the private balcony;

- Queen-size bed;

- Access via 18 steps.

Suítes Duplo Amplo (11):

- Located on the ground floor with approximately 14m²;

- Conventional double bed.

- Access via 2 steps.

Suíte Master com Banheira (12):

- Located on the ground floor with approximately 18m²;

- Has a private soaking tub;

- Queen-size bed.

- Access via 2 steps.

Studio com Cozinha (14):

- Location: Below the ground floor (access via side stairs);

- Size: 18m²

- Double bed

- Has a full kitchen: cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, glasses and basic kitchen utensils;

⚠️ We do not have units adapted to accommodate people with mobility difficulties.

Romantic Package

💖 POUSADA HANALIE ROMANTIC PACKAGE 💖

✅ Our romantic package includes a suite carefully decorated with rose petals and a bed perfectly decorated with folded towels, rose petals, sparkling wine, chocolates and strawberries. To start the day off right, we offer a special breakfast served in our charming dining area.

CONDITIONS:

- The decoration will be done in the unit reserved by you, and it will be ready for your check-in (Maximum check-in time with romantic package is 9 pm).

- Advance booking/contracting 24 hours (inform us on WhatsApp of your interest);

- Fee of 180.00 reais (payment via PIX when contracting services).

Internal guidelines

✅ Trash: Your trash can be deposited below the Jacuzzi staircase (next to the vehicle gate), where we have trash cans.

- Green trash can for recycled trash

- Blue trash can for organic trash

⛔️ Loud music is prohibited at any time of the day!

⛔️ Smoking is prohibited inside the suite. Fine of R$150.00;

⛔️ Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the toilets. Please use the trash cans.

⚠️ We have 24-hour external monitoring of all common areas.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.
