This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

Meal plan

Breakfast - Hanalie:

A breakfast basket is included in your rate. All items are prepared by hand in our kitchen. Enjoy pastries, breads, cold cuts, sausage gravy or scrambled eggs, roast beef, butter/cream cheese, honey/jam, granola, yogurt and a variety of fruits, juice, coffee and milk.

Please note:

We would like to inform you that the menu has been specially selected by our team and is not chosen individually by guests. Our goal is to provide a delicious and varied experience, with options to suit different tastes and preferences.

We hope you enjoy the delicacies we have prepared today and that you have an enjoyable meal. If you have any special needs or dietary restrictions, please let our team know and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Breakfast Basket Policy:

Breakfast service hours: orders from 08:00 to 10:00. Outside these hours, orders will not be served.

How to request your basket: To receive your breakfast basket, please press the button for 2 seconds and our team will take around 20 minutes to deliver it to the table located on your balcony. In cases of high demand, it may take up to 30 minutes. (You will be knocked twice on the door upon delivery).

Basket return procedure: When you finish your meal, we kindly ask that you leave the basket, along with the utensils, on the same table where the breakfast basket was left. The deadline for returning the basket is 11:00.

If you have any leftovers and would like to keep some of the food from the basket, please place them in another container and return all the items in the basket as they were delivered. Failure to return any of the items will result in the inability to serve you for breakfast the following day.

Using the Hydromassage Jacuzzi

SCHEDULING FOR USE OF THE JACUZZI MUST BE MADE BY THE GUEST USING THE LINK BELOW:

⚠️ If you have scheduled it and are not going to use it, please cancel the reservation so that another guest can use it!

✅ The Jacuzzi is for common use and we make it available to our guests upon reservation under the following conditions:

• The Jacuzzi opens at 11:00 and closes at 20:45;

• Usage period 45 minutes per session, please respect the times;

• Can be used up to once a day;

• If you want towels for the jacuzzi, please request them at reception (they must be returned to reception after use);

• Limited use for 2 people at a time.

• In case of bad weather, the hot tub will not be turned on.

• The delay tolerance is 10 minutes. After this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

• The maximum stay is 45 minutes or until the end of your scheduled time (your delay in starting use is not cumulative).

• It is mandatory to take a shower before use.

🚫 IT IS PROHIBITED WHEN USING THE JACUZZI:

• Touching the jacuzzi panel, only using the power button;

• Using body creams, oils or sunscreens before use;

• Using salts or foams inside the jacuzzi;

• Eating inside the jacuzzi;

• Taking any glass items into the space;

• Using music at a volume that disturbs other guests.

⚠️ After use, it is mandatory to leave the jacuzzi turned off!

Feel free to bring any drinks (except bottles or glass cups)! 🍸

Using Outdoor Barbecues

✅ We provide 2 barbecue grills in the common area for our guests free of charge, subject to the following rules and conditions:

Opening hours (3 shifts):

- 10:00 am to 1:00 pm;

- 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm;

- 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm;

⚠️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

- We provide our own dishes and utensils in the Barbecue area, therefore, we ask that you do not use the studios' dishes in this area;

- We do not charge a fee for using the Barbecue Grill. If you have it available, you can use it. We ask that you leave it clean after use.

Jacuzzi and Pool Towel Rental

For guests who wish to rent pool and Jacuzzi towels, we offer a rental fee of R$10.00 per unit. The towel will be at your disposal during your stay; if you wish to exchange it, a new fee will be charged.

Notes
:

1- You must request the rental or exchange of the towel at least 2 (two) hours in advance;

2- Payment will be made via Pix or in cash when picking up the towels.

3- The towel must be left inside the unit upon check-out;

4- Damage, loss or stains on the towels will incur a cost of R$90.00 to replace it.

5- If you wish to take them to the beach, feel free to do so, but be aware of the previous condition.

ATTENTION: Bath towels are prohibited from being used in the pools or Jacuzzi, as this is not the final product for them. As they are white items, they are more exposed to stains, and stained items will be charged for replacement!

Bed linen and bath linen and room service policies

✅We provide bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets;

✅ Room Service: Must be requested via Multitemporada's WhatsApp by 10:00 am on the day the service is to be provided. If requested after this time, the service will be provided subject to staff availability or only on the following day;
⚠️ Bed linen will always be changed on the 4th day of your stay (if you are staying for only 4 nights, the linen will not be changed).
⚠️ The bath linen are changed every two days.
⚠️ The bed linen and bath linen provided to our guests are provided in perfect condition. However, if any damage is found, such as makeup stains, any other type of stain, tears or burns, the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged items will be charged.
⚠️ Likewise, any damage to items provided at the inn, such as glasses, cutlery, cups, wine opener, hair dryer, among others, will also result in a charge for replacement costs.

Children, Guests and Pets Policies

PET POLICY

✅We allow 1 (one) small pet in the Studios;

✅ For a fee: (R$ 40.00 per stay).

CHILDREN POLICY

✅Children are welcome, we exempt one child up to 5 years old from the fee (others normal rate).

⚠️We do not provide cribs.

⚠️The breakfast basket will be provided based on the occupancy of paying guests, if you wish to supplement your basket, please consult the conditions.

VISITORS POLICY

⚠️Visitors are prohibited during the stay, this space is exclusively for guests.

🏠 Casa Master: (8 people)
- Located on the ground floor, it has 60m².
- Full Kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender and crockery and cutlery.
- Bed Configuration:
Suite: Double Bed + Bunk Bed + Air Conditioning;
Bedroom: Double Bed + Bunk Bed + Air Conditioning;
- Living Room: Indoor wood-burning fireplace + 28'' Smart TV;

🏠 Studios Deluxe Queen: (4 people)
- Located on the ground floor, with 30m² of comfort.
- Full kitchen and large balcony with hammock.
- Spacious bathroom with electric shower, ensuring practicality and well-being.

- Mezzanine: Double Bed + Air Conditioning.
- Living Room: Single trundle bed + 32’’ Smart TV.

🏠 Studios Design: (4 people)
- Also on the ground floor, with 30m², fully equipped for your comfort.
- Air conditioning, Smart TV, full kitchen and balcony with hammock.
- Large bathroom with electric shower.

Mezzanine: Double bed + Air conditioning.
Living Room: Single trundle bed + 32’’ Smart TV.

🏠 Suíte Standard (2 people)
- Located on the ground floor, it has 16m². It has air conditioning, minibar, 32'' Smart TV
- Large bathroom with electric showers.
- Air conditioning, Smart TV and balcony.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

Internal guidelines

- Loud music is prohibited at any time of the day!

- Smoking is prohibited inside the studios and house. Fine of R$150.00;

- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the toilets. Please use the trash cans.

- The pool, garden and barbecue area are communal areas.
