Property access and parking

- Access to the property is next to the SC-110 highway.

- Parking is inside the property with an uncovered space.

- The access is all paved and we are located on the highway that is now the main access to the city, BR 282.

Meal plan

The chalets are equipped with a full kitchen, which includes: Refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, wine glasses, thermos and sandwich maker.

BREAKFAST:

- Not included in the daily rate, but can be booked separately;

- Costs R$45.00 per person per day;

- Delivered in a box between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. at the door of the chalet.

- If there is a need to serve breakfast earlier or later, we can make adjustments.

- Breakfast items: cornbread, wheat bread, curd rolls or cheese bread, fruit, cheese and ham, yogurt, milk and juice. Granola, butter, jam and honey. Drip coffee and cake.

Use of the Shed

On the property we have a shed that can be used by guests, upon prior reservation and payment of R$100.00 for cleaning.

The shed has a lavatory, sink, dishes, table and chairs and an electric barbecue.

We have excellent Wi-Fi Internet (500 megabytes) and Smart TV.

Horseback riding

We offer horse riding services within the property, upon appointment, for R$50.00 per person for up to 1 hour.

Firewood Kit

We provide 1 box of firewood, along with kindling and a lighter. For replacements we charge R$25.00 for a bag of firewood, R$8.00 for a bag of kindling and R$1.00 for a lighter.

Children, Guests and Pets Policies

PET POLICY

✅ We only accept cats and small dogs (up to 10 kg).
✅ For a fee: (R$ 50.00 per stay).
⚠️ The animal may not, at any time, be left alone inside the chalet;
⚠️ It is the guest's responsibility to bring a bed, water bowls and food; - Under no circumstances may the chalet's linen be used for the comfort or cleaning of the animal;
⚠️ We also remind you that in the external area of ​​our accommodation the animal must be on a leash or in a transport box, since we have horses and cats on our property and our neighbors also have dogs;
⚠️ The owner will be responsible for any incidents caused by their animal and must compensate for any damages caused by it.

CHILDREN POLICY

✅ Children are welcome, we exempt one child up to 5 years old from the fee (others normal rate).
⚠️ We do not provide cribs.

VISITORS POLICY

⚠️ Visits are prohibited during your stay, this is a space exclusively for guests.

Bed and bath linen policies

✅ We provide full bed linen, pillows, blankets and bath towels.

⚠️ We do not have a daily cleaning service for the rooms.

- We change towels after two nights, until 7pm. If you need to hang them up, we have a clothesline behind the chalet. If you would like extra towels, we charge a fee of R$10.00 per item. If the day is humid, you can ask for a change of towels free of charge.

Unit layouts and amenities

Welcome to Toca da Coruja, here our commitment is much more than just hosting.

The property has an excellent fire pit for communal use.

🏠 Chalet 01 (3 people):

- The cabin is 36m² and has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bed, a wood-burning stove, a balcony, a living area and a kitchen.

🏠 Chalet 02 (5 people):

- Cabin 2 is 50m² and has 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove, a balcony, a living area and a kitchen.

🏠 Chalet 03 (7 people):

- It is 60m² and has 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, a living room, a balcony, a living area and a kitchen.

Bedroom 1: Queen-Size Bed + Hot and Cold Air Conditioning;

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed + hot and cold air conditioning;

Mezzanine: Queen-size bed + hot and cold air conditioning;

Living room: Single sofa bed.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Change in number of people:
This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Change of dates or rescheduling:
Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.
Early termination of stay:
If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.
Cancellation of reservation:
Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

Internal guidelines

- Loud music is prohibited at any time of the day!

- Smoking is prohibited inside the Chalets. Fine of R$150.00;

- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the toilets. Please use the trash cans.

- Help us avoid charging a cleaning fee: when you leave, leave the dishes properly washed, do not leave towels and bed linen on the floor and take out the trash.

- We have cameras in the external area;
