This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

Check-in, check-out and reception times

Check-in and check-out:

- Check-in from 2:00 pm to midnight (other times upon prior consultation).

- Check-out until 11:00 am (schedule with the person who welcomed you in advance).

⚠️ We have a reception at the guesthouse, so you will need to arrange your arrival time in advance!

We offer a delicious breakfast, included in your stay, prepared with care and fresh ingredients.

✔️ Breakfast: Start your day with a mouth-watering buffet! Enjoy cakes, breads, cold cuts, juices, coffee, milk, savory snacks, calabresa sausage with onions, fogazza, bacon, scrambled eggs, jams, cereals, yogurts and a variety of fruits.

✔️ Restaurant at the Inn: Enjoy our restaurant with a quality space. To check prices, contact the reception directly.

- Opening hours: from 5 am to midnight;

- During low season, the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays;

Children, Guests and Pets Policies

CHILDREN POLICY

✅ We exempt one child up to 3 years old from the rate (others at the normal rate);
⚠️We do not provide cribs.

VISITORS POLICY

⚠️ Visitors are prohibited during the stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

PET POLICY

- We accept 1 (one) small pet per suite;
⚠️Pet Rules:
- It is forbidden to leave pets alone in the unit, they are prohibited from climbing on the beds, and may be subject to a fine of R$100.00;
- The owner/guardian is responsible for cleaning up their waste.

Bed and bath linen policies

- We offer hotel-class bed linen, bath linen and amenities;

- Hair dryer upon request at reception;

- Bed linen changed every 6 days;

- Towels changed every 3 days.

Room Service (Cleaning) Policy

✅We offer cleaning service for stays of 3 (three) consecutive nights.

- We ask that your personal belongings are organized.

Buena Onda Inn offers a complete external infrastructure for your stay.

Our suites are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning, minibar and spacious bathroom.

🏡 Suíte Térrea Premium:

The Premium Ground Floor Suites, located on the ground floor, are 25m² and have a double bed, bunk bed, TV and closet, providing convenience and well-being to guests.

🏡 Suíte Deluxe Superior:

The Superior Deluxe Suites, located on the second floor, are 25m² and have a double bed, 2 single beds, TV and closet, ensuring greater convenience and well-being to guests.

Note: Access to the upper floor is via stairs.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

Internal guidelines

- We do not allow parties or loud music;

- Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, fine of R$100.00;

- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the toilets. Please use the trash cans.

- Swimming pool: Hours of use are from 9am to 8:30pm;

- We have 20 cameras in total, 2 in the reception and restaurant areas and 18 outside.
