VISITORS POLICY

⚠️ Visitors are not allowed during the stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

An additional fee will be charged if another person (in addition to the guests who are the main guests of the reservation) stays in the accommodation, remembering that only the main guests will be entitled to use the accommodations and services provided in the daily rates.

PET POLICY

- We accept 1 (one) small pet per unit;

- Pet fee, R$50.00 per stay.

*Pet Rules:*

- Your pet is very welcome in our Residential, however we ask that you do not leave it alone in the house, nor loose in the yard, and do not let it get on the bed or sofa;

- Cleaning up waste is the responsibility of the owner/guardian.

- We offer bed linen including: sheets, top sheets, microfiber blanket, pillow, pillowcase and protective cover;

- Bed linen change after 5 consecutive days.

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

- The use of sound equipment at a volume exceeding the volume of the private area is not permitted (only cell phone sounds, small speakers, acoustic vocals and guitars, and instrumentals). If this is not respected, the guest will be asked to leave the “property” without the right to compensation.

- We ask that everyone observe the noise law (from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.)

- Guests are aware that any furniture, decorations, bed linens that are stained or damaged, or any object damaged or lost from the accommodation will be reimbursed upon check-in. We kindly ask that you take care with suntan oils, makeup, and sunscreens.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodations. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a cleaning fee equivalent to half the daily rate;

- Do not flush toilet paper, disposable diapers, and sanitary napkins down the toilet;

- When leaving, make sure that all electrical and electronic equipment and lights are turned off;

- Playing ball in the yard is not permitted. Leave it for the beach!!

- It is not permitted to hang clothes on the balcony railing or stairs;

- When using the common area (sink, table, chairs and barbecue), please leave everything clean and organized.
