- Armação beach is ideal for families, with a calm sea and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, open market. In addition to this beach, Penha has other 18 paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciencia, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Airplane: the closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

All 6 of our units are private, with the pool and fire pit being the only shared spaces on the property. Chalé Apus is on a large plot with a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sea. The fully air-conditioned chalet (hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms) sleeps up to 3 people, has 1 bedroom with a double bed and another auxiliary bed. The decor is practical and pleasant. In addition, it has a bathroom, kitchen with basic items, refrigerator, stove, wood stove, blender, coffee maker, sink and table. Guests have access to the cabin itself and a large part of the property's garden, in addition to two accesses to the river, where you can admire the various private waterfalls and even have a picnic by the river, surrounded by nature.
