Apartment 04 consists of a bedroom, living room / kitchen and bathroom:

* Bathroom with water heating in the electrical system.

Ribeirão da Ilha was one of the first communities in the state and the first in Florianópolis to be inhabited, in the 16th century, by the Carijós Indians. The name given to the beach comes from a small river or stream, located on the site (riverside in indigenous language). According to historians, the first Portuguese and Spanish navigators arrived around 1506. Twenty years later, navigator Sebastião Caboto crossed the Atlantic and came here, and according to information, it was in the Port of Ribeirão that Caboto would have anchored.
