Visitor Policy:

During your stay, you have the flexibility to invite up to 6 visitors for Day Use, for a fee of R$ 70.00 per person. Access for these guests must be requested in advance from the management.

Pet Policy:

- We allow 1 (one) small pet (up to 12 kg) in the Espheras: Água, Fogo and Atomo.

Pet Rules:

- The owner is responsible for cleaning up their waste. We provide sanitary bags at check-in;

- Pets are not allowed in the pool area, artificial beach, beach tennis courts, playgrounds, headquarters and game rooms;

- When moving around the common areas, they must wear a leash;

- Pets are not allowed on the bed under any circumstances, as we have great difficulty removing red clay from sheets and towels, which can stain them. Since we are in a rural environment, the issue of clay is quite common in certain areas;

- At check-out, we will check the room and linens. If necessary, an extra cleaning fee of R$80.00 or a full set of R$360.00 will be charged;

-The guest is entirely responsible for the animal and any damage it may cause to the Glamping premises, gardens or to other guests and our animals. The fine for any unintentional damage caused will be assessed and duly charged at check-out.

“Magic fairy” service (light cleaning):

- This will be done in the morning, after breakfast, between 10am and 11:30am (only in the 2-night package). If you do not wish to have this service, please let us know in advance.

- If you would like a more thorough cleaning, including washing dishes and the kitchen, this can be requested for an additional cost of R$40.00

Linen:

For those who love fire and barbecue, in the outdoor area we have a fire pit and a trivet with an iron grill for outdoor grilling and an indoor grill in the Uruguayan parrilla style inside the container.

Espheras (Onix, Thai, Gaia and Átomo):

Integrated kitchen, accompanied by an outdoor area equipped with a fire pit and a trivet for barbecue. These units do not have an indoor barbecue.

Our romantic package includes the sphere carefully decorated with rose petals, sparkling wine, chocolates and strawberries.

Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Espheras and containers. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$1,000.00.

- Bathrobes may only be used in the Espheras (cabins). Do not take them to the shared lakes.

- We provide 1 basket of firewood for use in the outdoor fire pit. If you require more, you can request it. The cost of an extra basket is R$35.00.

- It is strictly forbidden to rent cabins to anyone under the age of 18. There must be at least 1 responsible adult in the same cabin.

- The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the Events Headquarters (guests cannot use it);
