This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

- Check-out until 11:00 am

Children, Guests and Pets Policies
CHILDREN POLICY:
✅ Children are welcome! We waive the fee for children up to 13 years old.
⚠️ We do not provide cribs.
VISITORS POLICY:
⚠️ Visitors are not allowed during your stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.
PET POLICY
✅ We allow 1 (one) small pet per unit;
⚠️ It is forbidden to leave your pet alone in the room. When you go out, please take it with you.
PET RULES
✅ We invite you to read them and learn more about us:
⛔️1. We only allow 1 small dog per suite, if there is more than one pet, it is upon request (fee per pet from the second animal: R$ 50.00 per stay);
⛔️2. Any damage caused by the animal must be covered by its owner.
⛔️3. It is the responsibility of the PET owner to collect their pet's feces.
⛔️4. Pets cannot stay on the cabin furniture, including beds and sofas.
⛔️5. We kindly ask that you bring your pet's belongings, such as: bed to sleep, blanket, water and food bowl, diaper, etc.
⛔️6. It is PROHIBITED for pets to remain alone in the rented suite. If they are leaving the property, the pet must accompany its owners.
Bed and bath linen policies
We provide full bed linen, pillows, light blankets and bath towels.
- No room service;
- If you would like to request a change of bed linen and towels, please ask hostess Kelly.

- Suíte Madre 3rd floor, for up to 4 people (double bed and double sofa bed) balcony with sea view;
- Suíte Utopia for up to 4 people (double bed and double sofa bed) balcony with view of Pedra do Urubu;
- Suíte Pinheira for up to 4 people (double bed and double sofa bed) balcony with view of Pedra do Urubu;
- Suíte Papagaio for up to 6 people (two double beds, two single beds and double sofa bed).

Cancellation and Change Policy
Change in number of people: This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Change of dates or rescheduling: We allow changes or rescheduling of dates for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period. Once within the period, it will be subject to approval.
Early termination of stay: If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we do not grant any discount or refund for unused dates.
Cancellation of reservation: Cancellations within the period of 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be refunded 100%. Once within the cancellation policy period, we will follow the conditions without exceptions.
Internal guidelines
- Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am;
- When leaving, it is important to close the windows and take out the trash;
- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the bathrooms. Please use the trash cans;
- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area;
- Equipment from the shared kitchen is prohibited from being brought into the room;
- Portable appliances for cooking in the rooms, such as air fryers, are prohibited;
- Portable barbecues may only be used in the outdoor area (on the ground floor).
