At Studio Jasmim, we have a modern concept to make you feel at home, located in a quiet neighborhood, with everything nearby and easy access. The difference with this studio is its size and view, being the largest on the property and with a frontal view of Campeche Beach.
Our space is perfect for guests looking for a unique experience, relaxing and enjoying a quality space. The studio has a good atmosphere, comfortable size, air conditioning, a queen-size bed, a double bed, a desk, LED lighting, a 43-inch Smart TV and a private bathroom;
Our kitchen is compact: a single-burner electric induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, sandwich maker, crockery, champagne glasses and kitchen utensils. In addition, we have quality WI-FI internet for home-office, a hairdryer, complete bed linen and bath towels. All this for the greater comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and enjoy the place.

Neighborhood
Campeche is a neighborhood in Florianópolis located in the south of the island. It was separated from Lagoa da Conceição in 1995. It is approximately 35 km long and has a beach that is 3.5 km long with a wide strip of fine sand that includes small dunes, a sea of cold waters and strong waves that attract surfers to practice the sport. Campeche is very popular with tourists, especially in the summer.
