The property stands out for its location, 50 meters from Praia da Armação and 10 minutes from Beto Carrero (3.5km). The property is modern, with a leisure concept, full of amenities and elegance, promoting guests' well-being and unforgettable experiences.

The Nautilus Home Club is a separate attraction on your vacation: two swimming pools, games room, ballroom, sand court, soccer field, kids space, gym, playground, bocce court and barbecue area. All this with the comfort and security of a condominium with 24-hour surveillance. Perfect for those looking for rest, security and enjoying a quality environment.

There are 75 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, integrated kitchen and living room with split air conditioning as well. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, airfrayer, fondue machine and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal.
