Multitemporada presents the Velutti Home Club in Penha/SC, a cozy and pleasant space, perfect for your family gatherings and with friends. The property stands out for its location, 50 meters from Praia da Armação and 10 minutes from Beto Carrero. The Velutti Home Club is an attraction of its own on your vacation: swimming pools, games room, lounge, ballroom, sports courts, kids space, gym, sauna, bike rental and playground. There are 75 square meters with a balcony with barbecue and a view of the sea, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, living/dining room and shared bathroom.

In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

Two of the most coveted tourist spots on the island of magic are close to Pousart: the beautiful Praia do Campeche (600m) and the Ilha do Campeche (4.0km).

Pousart is characterized by a family structure, to make you feel at home, located in a quiet neighborhood, with everything nearby and easy access. Our concept is artistic, we have decorations, furniture, and chandeliers that involve and transcend this issue for our guests. It is 1500m above sea level and 15 minutes from the center of Urubici. Easy access for any vehicle. Cambuim is different from an inn. We no longer serve breakfast and do not offer on-site services. An HDMI cable is available on the TV to connect your devices and a Chromecast to transmit videos and music, you just need to be connected to the network with the name of the hut to be able to use the feature. There is no signal on the TV. The place is intended for rest and tranquility. We count on everyone to respect the neighbors and other visitors, but we are not responsible for possible noise inconveniences and the like. The internet has a speed of 50MB and is very suitable for streaming services and video calls for meetings, if necessary.

Guests have access to the cabin itself and a large part of the property's garden, in addition to two accesses to the river, where you can admire the various private waterfalls and even have a picnic by the river, surrounded by nature.

Days before arrival, we contact visitors to arrange check-in and provide all the necessary details. Possibly Ana, the owner, is on the property, but there will always be someone staying overnight in case she is away.
